Do you have a family member or friend who wants to get in shape but doesn't know how to start? Help get them walking or jogging.
Our spring SEASON will start Monday, March 26, 2018. Please park in the municipal parking lot to the left of 72 Jefferson Street, Marlborough.
We have 2 groups in the Spring and the Fall:
- Our Jogging Group has a goal of jogging a 5K.
- Our Alumni Jogging Group has a goal of keep jogging for those who have jogged at least once season with us.
Using CoolRunning.com’s Couch To 5K program we introduce people to jogging and getting fit. The program gradually moves you from walking at your own pace to jogging at your own pace.
- FREE 10-week program to get you from the couch to running a 5K (3.1 miles)
- Anyone from the community can participate
- Led by experienced runners
- Monday through Thursdays 6pm-6:45pm; Sundays 8am-8:45am
- 45 minute time commitment
- Goal of jogging and finishing a 5K at the end of 10-weeks
Encourage those you love to get “off the couch” and join you in the great sport of running. Come have some fun! Bring a water bottle and join the group.
We have helped more than 400 people get off the couch and more than 130 people have finished a 5K with us. Keep coming and we will support, coach, pray and encourage you to the finish line. Free. Fun. Starts Here.
