When you're ready to take the next step at ConnectingPoint we invite you to first sit down and have some coffee, juice or tea with our pastor. We want to listen to your story and share our story. We typically meet at some mom & pop coffee shop for about an hour. It's a relaxed time to meet and get to know each other better.
Second, you're invited to join one of our Communities. They’re an ideal way to foster ongoing relationships with ConnectingPointers who live near you or have similar interests. Our Communities are vehicles where both deeper relationships with God and and support from caring people is developed. Communities are also vehicles for blessing our neighborhoods in specific ways (i.e. Homework Help, Marlborough Couch to 5K, etc.).
Communities are vital to the DNA of ConnectingPoint Church. Following Jesus is not always easy, and its only harder if you try to do it alone. So don't do it alone, join in the journey with people who will soon be like family to you (Acts 2:42-47).
Third, worship on Sundays at 10AM. Sunday service at ConnectingPoint is about bringing authentic and passionate worship to God and to receiving God's gifts in His word and sacraments.
We teach from the Bible. We pray, we sing, we even have silence to help us reflect. We believe that families should worship together, therefore Sunday School and Youth Group meets at 9:15AM before worship. Our worship service has a 3-6 person praise band with acoustic guitars, drums, bass guitar, flute, cello and sometimes harp. The Lord's Supper is celebrated every Sunday.
